Easter 2022 Makeup

Hi everyone,

Today I’m going to be showing you guys the makeup I did for Easter this year and how I did it. This year I went a little more simple, but I’m super happy with how it turned out and I would definitely do it again.

So, the first thing I did was prime my face and to do that I used the GlamGlow Glowstarter Mega Illuminating Moisturizer. Then I applied my Covergirl + Olay Simply Ageless Foundation in 205, Ivory, my Maybelline Fit Me Concealer in 5, Ivory and I set it with the Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder in Translucent.

For the rest of my face, the first thing I did was bronze and to do that I used the Hanalei Beauty Company Matte Bronzer. I use this all the time, I love it, and the glow you get from it is fantastic. Then I applied the blush from the e.l.f Bite Size Face Duo in Lychee. I highlighted with the Ace Beaute Glow Essentials Highlighter Palette and I mixed the shades Radiant and Icy.

For my eyes, I first primed them with the Ace Beaute Eyeshadow Amplifying Base in Light. Then I went into the Anastasia Beverly Hills/Norvina Mini Pro Pigment Palette Vol. 1 Palette and I took the third shadow from the second row, putting it across my entire lid. I then went into the Anastasia Beverly Hills/Norvina Mini Pro Pigment Palette Vol. 3 and dabbed the first shadow from the first row on top as a little bit of a topper. I then went back to the Vol. 1 palette and took the first shadow from the third row and brought it under my eye all the way and in the inner corner of my eye I took the same Vol. 3 shadow I used before. I did forget to include the undereye shadow color in my swatch, but you can from the product photo that it’s a nice purple. I lined my eyes with the Seraphine Botanicals Luna Liner and topped it off with the Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara. For my lips I applied the Huda Beauty Liquid Matte Lipstick in Muse and dabbed just the tiniest bit of the Wander Beauty Double Date Lip and Cheek in Rendezvous on top of that. I set everything with the Maven Beauty Rose Water Setting Spray

Anastasia Beverly Hills Norvina Pro Pigment Collection Vault Review

Hi everyone,

Today I have a fun post that I’m excited about. My birthday is coming up, it’s on the 18th, and to celebrate that I bought myself a few presents. One of the things I bought is something I found when scrolling through Sephora and immediately wanted and it’s the ABH Norvina Pro Pigment Collection Vault. This has all three of the mini pro pigment palettes for a very reasonable price.

The Mini Pro Pigment Palette Vol 1 packaging has very classy vibes. The bottom is black and the top is white with black arrow details and ‘ABH Norvina Collection’ written in a shiny gold.

IMG_7079

You get 9 shadows in this palette and it comes with a good size mirror. You can see that it says ‘Norvina’ on the mirror, but you can peel that off if you want to.

IMG_7080

This palette has the peachy/pink/purple shades from the larger palette and is a mix of mattes and metallics.

IMG_7081

I swatched these in the rows they appear in in the palette. The first shade we have is a very bright matte peachy coral. Next to that is a light champagney gold and the last shadow in the row is a very pretty and interesting purple, which they call sugarplum and it has some pink glitter in it that’s really nice when the light hits it.

IMG_7088

The second row starts with a bright matte pink that I would say is a hot pinky/red. Next to that is an interesting metallic, it’s a gold/pink mix and has a great shimmer to it. And the last shadow in the row is a matte magenta.

IMG_7089

The last row has the signature Norvina purples in it. The first shadow is a matte lavender, very pretty, next to that is another matte purple that I would say is more of a violet and the last shadow in the row is a matte berry, but it’s a deep berry.

IMG_7090

The Mini Pro Pigment Palette Vol 2 has very retro packaging. It’s black on the bottom and yellow on top with a mountain scene in multiple colors and ‘ABH Norvina Collection’ written in green and black.

IMG_7082

Like the other palette, this has 9 shadows and a good size mirror.

IMG_7083

This palette has the oranges/greens/browns from the larger palette and is a mix of mattes and metallics.

IMG_7084

The first shadow in this palette is a bright matte yellow, I would call this a banana yellow. A lot of the yellow shadows I’ve tried in other palettes usually don’t swatch that great or need to be built up a lot on the eye, but this one swatched perfectly and I’m really impressed with the formulation. Next to that is a very bright matte lime green and the last shadow in the row is a light matte orange that they call cantaloupe, and it’s pretty spot on. I’m interested to see how this one will look on the eye.

IMG_7091

The next row starts with a vibrant matte orange. Next to that is a light/medium metallic gold and the last shadow in the row is very pretty matte dark emerald/teal. When I had these shadows all together they reminded me very much of the 90’s Miami Dolphins uniforms and that first the vibe of this palette perfectly.

IMG_7092

The last row is very unique and starts with a matte fuchsia that is very pretty. Next to that is a light metallic green that has gold shimmer in it, again a very unique and pretty shadow and the last shadow in the row is a matte brown, but it has some light purple undertones.

IMG_7093

The Mini Pro Pigment Palette Vol 3 has super adorable packaging. It’s black on the bottom and turquoise on top with red, shiny cherries and ‘ABH Norvina Collection’ written in black.

IMG_7085

Like the other palettes, this palette has 9 shadows and a good size mirror.

IMG_7086

This has the blues/green/reds from the larger palette.

IMG_7087

The first shadow in this row is a unique one, it’s a sheer white with iridescent pink and I think this would make a great topper. Next to that is an actual glitter that multidimensional that’s full of color, it’s purple, pink, gold and red. And the last shadow in the row is a metallic blue that is super pretty. It’s kind of smokey and has some bright blue shimmer.

IMG_7094

The second row starts with a matte berry that I would say is a deep raspberry. Next to that is a unique blue, that is a matte sky blue. The last shadow in the row is a matte pink that is a light rosy pink.

IMG_7095

The last row starts with a cherry shade and it’s a matte deep cherry. Next to that is a green that I don’t already have and it’s a very pretty matte jade green. and the last shadow in the row is another cherry, but this is a matte bright cherry.

IMG_7096

That about wraps it up for this post, I haven’t used any of these yet and I’m super excited to because there’s some incredible colors and from what I can tell the formulation is very nice, the pigmentation is great and you get a fantastic color payoff. If you have any of these palettes I’d love to know which and what your favorite shade is.

Until next time, have fun creating different looks and you can never have too many eyeshadow palettes :).
