January BoxyCharm Add-On Haul

Hi everyone,

Today I thought it would be fun to share with you what I bought during the BoxyCharm January Add-On sale. I usually pick up one or two things depending on what’s available and in January I found something I really wanted to try out.

What I picked up is the Ofra Mini Mix Face Palette in Good To Go.

IMG_7295

This palette is magnetic and when you pop it open it says, ‘Smile, you are beautiful.’

IMG_7296

This is a full face palette, so you get six eyeshadows, a blush, a bronzer and a highlighter. The pans are magnetic, so you can easily pop them out and switch them around/replace them.

IMG_7297

Starting with the eyeshadows, you get six and there is mix of mattes, shimmers and metallics. The first shadow we have is Clean Slate and that is a nice peachy shimmer. Next to that is Reset, a matte orange that has some brown in it. Then there’s Fresh, which is a gorgeous metallic mint green. Next to that is Ready, a matte red that has some orange in it. Then there’s Ambition, which is a metallic brown with some gold shimmer in it and the last shadow is Goals, which is a metallic rust/coppery shade.

IMG_7303

Moving on, there is one blush and one bronzer. The bronzer is in the shade Current, and it’s a nice light/medium brown that appears to be buildable. The blush is in the shade Intentions and it’s a slightly deeper pink.

IMG_7302

The highlighter is the main focus of the palette, and it’s Ofra’s best selling highlighter, All of the Lights. This has four different shades in it and you could use them individually, but when you blend them together it creates a gorgeous champagney/gold that has a ton of depth.

IMG_7301

IMG_7310

That about wraps it up for this post, I’m really excited to use this palette. The eyeshadows seem really nice, the formulation and pigmentation, from the swatches, seems like it’s really great. If any of you guys have this palette, I’d love to know what you think of it.

Until next time, have fun creating different looks and you can never have too many face palettes :).

What I Got For Christmas 2020

Hi everyone,

Today I thought it would be fun to share with you guys what I got for Christmas. I do want to say that I’m in no way bragging, I like to watch and read these types of posts, and I find it fun to write them as well. So this year I didn’t have a real list of what I wanted, so I was happily surprised by a few of these gifts.

The first thing we have is what was in my stocking. Besides a bunch of my favorite candy, there were three other things. The first isn’t pictured because I already put it in my handbag, I have a little kit in my handbag that has all the essentials in it, and it was a mini deodorant. The nex thing was a Jergens Ultra Healing lotion, this has Vitamins C, E and B5 and moisturizes for 48 hours. This is one of my favorite lotions for winter, and I definitely recommend checking it out if you have dry skin or get drier skin during the winter months. And the last thing in my stocking was a Duracell 500 Lumen LED flashlight. This flashlight is stupidly bright, it has four different settings and it’s a mini so you get a great flashlight that fits in your hand and would definitely fit in your handbag if you wanted a handbag flashlight.

IMG_6960

So switching to gifts and starting with beauty, I have a couple of makeup related items. The first is the Too Faced Enchanted Beauty Unbearably Glam Collection. I think that the Too Faced holiday collection is great this year, everything is really pretty, but the Unbearably Glam had the colors that interested me the most. I’m not going to show too much of this because I’m going to do a whole post about it. But I will say that I really like the packaging, it’s got a nice holographic look to it and I like all the detail with the bear. This is a three piece set, so you get an eyeshadow palette, a face palette that has a blush and highlight and a mascara. I used this palette today and so far I’m impressed.

IMG_6956

IMG_6957

The second beauty related item I didn’t take a picture of because it wasn’t in the stack with the other gifts. I think it’s in my wallet though. But it’s a Sephora gift card. There was a couple of holiday things I wanted from Sephora, but they sold out super quick, so I was given a gift card and with my birthday coming up, I’ll be putting it to good use.

Moving on, I have a couple of fashion related items. The first is a USC shirt. I really like the style of this, I don’t have any long sleeved USC gear and it fits great.

IMG_6961

Next we have a green/blue cropped long sleeved shirt. This has lace detail, cute buttons and it came knotted at the bottom. This is like a light sweater, it’s very soft and it’s super cute on. I tried all of these items on, but I haven’t worn any of them yet.

IMG_6962

The second to last clothing item we have is a dark gray cropped Beatles sweatshirt. This says ‘The Beatles’ on the hood in multiple colors, as the Abbey Road album cover on the front with ‘The Beatles’ written below. This is super soft and keeps me nice and warm.

IMG_6963

IMG_6964

The last clothing item we have is a light pink cropped sweater. This is crocheted/knitted so it has a ton of detail and it has three big buttons down the front. This is adorable on and is actually pretty warm.

IMG_6965

Next we have some practical things. The first is a 2021 Erin Condren planner. The Erin Condren Life Planner has been an absolute game changer for me and I love it. The pattern that I went for this time is the zodiac and it’s customizable, so I went with Capricorn, because I am a Capricorn and my name is on it. It also came with a to do list pad and some gift tags.

IMG_6958

IMG_6959

The second practical thing I got is a calendar. I have a couple of different calendars that I use for different things, but this is my main calendar. I always like a theme for calendars, so I went with a jet theme and there’s so super cool pictures. I also like that this calendar has a ‘on this day in military history’ fact for every day of the month. This is the first time I’ve seen that on a calendar and I love military history, so it’s a win-win.

IMG_6954

IMG_6955

I have two gifts that haven’t come yet, but I’m so excited about both of them. The first is actually a practical thing and it’s a pair of blue light glasses. I’ve wanted a good pair forever and recently I’ve been spending more time on my computer, so these will definitely be great to have. And the other is music related. It’s a Beatles songbook for ukulele. It has 100 songs, lyrics, chord symbols and chord diagrams. I’m always looking for ukulele sheet music for Beatles songs and online it can be hit and miss, so I can’t wait to have a legit book.

The last thing I got for Christmas is also music related and it’s a ukulele. But not just any ukulele, this is an Epiphone Les Paul Acoustic-Electric Concert Ukulele in Vintage Sunburst. I pretty much haven’t been able to stop staring at this since I got it, it’s everything I thought it would be and more. I tuned it yesterday and have played around with it a little bit and it has such an incredible tone. I do want to get an amp to plug it into, so I can use it acoustically and electrically. I also want to get a strap for it, so if you guys have any recommendations for good ukulele straps let me know.

IMG_6923

That about wraps it up for this post, I’d love to know what you guys got for Christmas.

Until next time, enjoy your gifts and I hope you all had a great Christmas :).

Blogmas Day Two: Black Friday Haul

Hi everyone,

Welcome to Blogmas Day Two! Today we’re going to be doing a Black Friday haul. I did a bit of shopping during Black Friday and Cyber Monday and most of it was Christmas gifts for others, so the few things that I bought for myself is what I’m going to be showing you today.

IMG_6722

You’ll notice that I included the e.l.f. Haute Chocolate Eyes Sugar Cookie palette in this picture and that’s because I did buy it during a pre-Black Friday sale and originally this post was supposed to be the first one of Blogmas, but I was still waiting for a few things to be delivered so I swapped the posts. I will link yesterday’s post below if you haven’t read it.

IMG_6715

IMG_6716

Sticking with the theme of makeup, I picked up one of the Too Faced Twinkle Twinkle Liquid Glitter Eyeshadows. This one is in the shade Candied Rose. These are high shine, multi-dimensional liquid glitter eyeshadows that give you great color payoff, but they dry down really quickly and are really long lasting. These are on sale right now on the Too Faced website for $5.50, so get them now if you want one. I know I’m going to be getting a few more.

IMG_6728

IMG_6727

IMG_6729

Moving to skincare, I picked up a few things from Sephora and the Sephora Collection. I really like the SC face masks, so I picked up a trio.

IMG_6723

The first one I got is the Watermelon After Sun Mask. This comes with a face mask and a decollete mask and is for quenching and tan perfecting. This one isn’t exactly a winter mask, but I do like to keep the after sun masks in face mask drawer just to have them.

IMG_6724

The next mask is a Lychee face mask that is Ultra Moisturizing and Brightening. I haven’t tried the lychee SC face mask before, but I do love a brightening and moisturizing mask, especially in the winter so I’m excited to try this one.

IMG_6725

And the last one I got is a Charcoal Nose Strip. I don’t actually do nose strips that often, but I do like the charcoal ones. They’re really purifying and I think they work the best.

IMG_6726

And the last thing I bought is a blanket, but not just any blanket, a super plush and oversized blanket. I got this at Kohl’s and they had a huge selection in terms of pattern and I picked this geometric blue one.

IMG_6730

They weren’t wrong when they said super plush and oversized. This is probably the softest blanket I own and it’s the perfect thickness for a blanket this cozy.

IMG_6732

In terms of size, it’s 5ft by 6ft and you can comfortably use the short side of it. 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a blanket for yourself or as a gift for someone.

IMG_6731

That about wraps it up for this post, if you guys picked up anything during Black Friday, I’d love to know what you got.

Until next time, have fun shopping and I hope you’re enjoying Blogmas so far :).

September BoxyCharm Add-Ons Sale Haul

Hi everyone,

Yesterday I received my order from the September BoxyCharm Add-Ons sale and I thought today would be the perfect day to go through it. After having a look through what was available, I ended up picking up two items.

Normally I go for something makeup related, but this time I was on the hunt for skincare and I found two of my favorite lotions. The first is the Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Bum Bum Cream.

IMG_6406

I’ve been using the Bum Bum cream since winter last year and it quickly became one of my favorite body creams and a go to of mine. This is fast absorbing and helps tighten the appearance of skin. It has Guarana extract, Cupuacu Butter, Acai Oil and Coconut Oil. This is also one of my favorite scents, the salted caramel and pistachio are just so good.

IMG_6407

The second lotion I picked up is the Sol de Janeiro Coco Cabana Cream

IMG_6408

If you want incredible moisturization then this is the cream for you. This deeply hydrates and makes skin so smooth. This has a variety of oils and is whipped with the Sol de Janeiro CocoSugar Blend to give you up to 72 hours of hydration. The scent of this is also really nice, it’s the Sol de Janeiro Cheirosa ’39 fragrance which is coconut cream from young green coconuts, tropical orchid and toasted praline.

IMG_6409

So I have a Bum Bum cream that is the biggest size and I keep that in my bathroom, then I have two of the “purse size”, one Bum Bum cream and one Coco Cabana cream, which are the 0.84 fl oz/25 ml that I keep on my bedside table. These two are also purse size and they’re replacements for my others because I was running low and now that it’s starting to get colder I know I’m going to be using lotions and body creams more.

IMG_6411

IMG_6412

That about wraps it up for this post, the October BoxyCharm Add-Ons Sale will open on October 12th for Premium and Luxe members and October 13th will be all access. If you bought anything from the September sale I’d love to know what you got.

Until next time, have fun shopping and you can never have too many lotions and body creams :).

Huda Beauty Liquid Matte Mini Set Review Part One

Hi everyone,

Happy Friday! During National Lipstick Day a ton of different beauty brands were having great sales, so I had a little look around and found a few things I wanted from Huda Beauty. I ended up picking up two of their liquid matte mini sets, I also picked up a sample of the Legit Lashes mascara, and I’m going to be talking about them in two different posts.

This was my first time buying straight from the Huda Beauty website and I have to say I love their packaging. When I opened the box I was greeted with tissue paper with lips on it and the products themselves were in a bubble wrap envelope. The bubble wrap itself is in the shape of hearts which I’ve never seen before and I think it’s adorable.

IMG_5991

IMG_5992

So the set I’m going to talk about today is the Au Naturel Nudes. This has a plastic sleeve over it and Au Naturel Nudes is written in metallic rose gold.

IMG_5993

IMG_5994

IMG_5995

In these sets you get four minis and this set in particular is between peachy and brown, warmer nudes if you will, in shade range. I have a few of the Huda Beauty matte liquid lipsticks and I really like formulation, they have great staying power, they’re nicely pigmented and they don’t feel heavy on the lips. The first shade we have is Girlfriend. This is a deeper shade, somewhere between peach and brown.

IMG_5996

IMG_5997

IMG_6005

The next shade we have is Trendsetter. This is more of a true brown.

IMG_5998

IMG_5999

IMG_6006

The second to last lipstick we have is Sugar Mama. This is peachy in color and it’s what I would call more of a true peach.

IMG_6001

IMG_6002

IMG_6024

And the last liquid lipstick in this set is Bikini Babe. This is the lightest shade in the set and this is a really light nude. I have a two other liquid lips in shades similar to this and I really like it.

IMG_6003

IMG_6004

IMG_6008

That about wraps it up for this post, if any of you guys have this set or any of these lipsticks I’d love to know what your favorite shade is/what shade you have.

Until next time, have a good weekend and you can never have too many liquid lipsticks :).

July 2020 BoxyCharm Add-Ons Haul

Hi everyone,

The other day I received my BoxyCharm Add-Ons order, so I thought that today would be a good day to go through it. There wasn’t too much that I wanted in the Add-Ons sale for July, but I did end up buying a set of brushes from a brand I’ve been wanting to try out.

What I picked up is the Moda Pro by Royal & Langnickel 5 piece Deluxe Eye Kit. This is a brand I’ve seen in BoxyCharm before I was subscribed and watched unboxings on YouTube, which I still do because I like to see which variation of the box people get. But I hadn’t tried them out myself. So when I saw them in the sale I decided to do just that.

IMG_5959

These brushes are black with a textured handled. On the front of the brush it has the Royal & Langnickel logo which is R&L with a crown on top and under that it says Moda Pro, all of that is written in silver. On the back of each brush it says what type of brush it is, also written in silver and the brush heads are black and white. They feel good in the hand, they’re nice to grip and they feel nice and soft.

IMG_5970

The first brush we have is the BMX-466 Shade brush. This isn’t as dense as some shade brushes, but I don’t mind that.

IMG_5960

IMG_5961

Next we have the BMX-430 Crease brush. This is fluffy and has a little point which is the general shape I like for a crease and blending brush.

IMG_5962

IMG_5963

Then we have the BMX-420 Detail brush. This is a small, dense brush with a slightly pointed tip and I don’t have anything quite like this.

IMG_5964

IMG_5965

The second to last brush we have is the BMX-402 Smudger. This is a small densely packed brush that is slightly rounded in shape.

IMG_5966

IMG_5967

And the last brush we have is the BMX-498 Liner brush. This has a chiseled edge and they recommend this for not only lining your upper and lower lash lines but for filling in your brows. All of which I’m going to try and see what I like it for the best.

IMG_5968

IMG_5969

The BoxyPopUp is coming up next week. Early access for Premium and Luxe subscribers opens on Monday August 10th and all access, for all subscribers opens Tuesday August 11th. Based on the sneak peeks I’ve seen it looks like there’s some great items in there.

That about wraps it up for this post, if you’ve tried Moda Pro brushes I’d love to know your opinion. If you haven’t tried Moda Pro brushes but you did shop the July Add-Ons sale I’d love to know what you got.

Until next time, have fun shopping and you can never have too many brushes :).

June 2020 BoxyCharm Add-On Haul

Hi everyone,

The other day I received my purchases from the June BoxyCharm Add-Ons sale and I thought that today would be a good day to go through them with you. By the time I was able to shop the sale the eyeshadow palette I originally wanted had sold out, but I was able to find a couple other items in the form of two lipsticks.

The first is the KVD Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in the shade Sanctuary. I have a couple of these in various brown and peachy/pink shades, but I had nothing like this one. This is a coffee brown with purple-ish undertones. I’m wearing this today and I really like it. The formula is great on these lipsticks, they feel really light on the lips, the staying power is fantastic and they don’t dry out your lips like some mattes can. The shade range of the Everlasting Liquid Lipsticks is pretty expansive and there’s a ton of interesting colors.

IMG_5773

IMG_5774

IMG_5775

The second lipstick I picked up is the Too Faced Melted Matte Liquid Lipstick in Feelin’ Myself. These Melted Mattes have been some of my favorites for years and I have quite a few in various colors. This one in particular is a medium coral shade and it’s really pretty on the lips. The shape of these bottles is really unique, the formulation is fantastic, they’re long wearing and highly pigmented.

IMG_5776

IMG_5777

IMG_5779

That about wraps it up for this post, the July BoxyCharm Add-On Sale begins July 13th for Premium and Luxe active and waitlisters and July 14th for everyone else. If you guys have any of the Everlasting or Melted Matte lipsticks, I’d love to know which shade/shades you have.

Until next time, have fun shopping and you can never have too many liquid lipsticks :).

Sephora Haul; Too Faced, KVD And More

Hi everyone,

Recently I placed a little Sephora order and because I just got everything delivered, I thought it would be the perfect time to go through it and show you what I bought with a little review thrown in.

The first thing I picked up is the Too Faced Pretty Rich Diamond Light Eyeshadow palette. I’ve been wanting this for a while, I think it’s a gorgeous palette and it was on sale, so it was the perfect time to get it.

IMG_5634

This palette is a diamond shape with 16 shadows and a cute little mirror on the top.

IMG_5635

Within these 16 shadows you get 4 gel pressed glitters and those are the ones that are shaped like diamonds. I really like the way this palette is laid out and the color story is quite nice.

IMG_5636

I swatched this on my arm row by row like it shows in the palette. The first row is more like lighter to medium neutrals. The first shadow we have is the glitter and it’s Diamonds For Breakfast. This is a silvery glitter with a little bit of red and brown glitter mixed in. Next to that is It’s Designer, a really light matte nude, then there’s Fancy That, a matte taupey shade. And the last shade in the row is Filthy Rich, a shimmery lighter brown with gold shimmer. I can tell this is going to be one of my go to shadows.

IMG_5637

The second row is all about pinks. The first shadow we have is Clutch Your Pearls. In the pan this looks like a nice white with maybe a little pink/purple, but when this hits the light it’s incredible. It has that duo chrome effect so when it is in the light you really see that pinky purple. It’s so pretty. Next to that is Princess Cut, this is a super pretty goldy/pink. It is on the lighter side but it does have some bigger glitter flecks in it that really pump up the shadow. Then there’s the glitter, Diamond Glitterati. This is a deeper pink and when I look at this it makes me think Barbie. The last shadow in this row is Highly Selective and that is a shimmery rose gold.

IMG_5638

The third row is golds and browns and starts with the glitter, Fluent In Diamonds. This is a medium gold and if you were wanting a straight up gold glitter, this would be the one to pick. Next to that is It’s Cashmere, a matte cashmere brown, this would be a great transition shade. Then there’s Don’t Carat All, which is a shimmery gold that is somewhere between light and medium, it doesn’t have as yellow of an undertone as Fluent In Diamonds. And the last shadow in this row is Oh, That’s Rich! and that is a deep chocolate matte brown.

IMG_5639

And the last row is the deeper shades, silvers, blues and black. The first shadow we have is Coal Under Pressure. This is what I would call somewhere between a medium and deep black, you can see a little bit of maybe blue when you swatch it and it has these big flecks of silver glitter. Next to that is Silver Spoon, which is deeper shimmery silver and it looks like it has some blue undertones as well. It’s unlike any other silver shadow I have. Then there’s Set The Jewel Tone, which is a shadow I’m super excited about. This is an absolutely gorgeous shimmery blue, it’s almost sapphire blue. And the last shadow in this row is the glitter, Diamond Life. This is going to be a great topper for a number of looks. It has a mix of white, blue, black and a darker silver glitter. It’s a very well thought out glitter in my opinion.

IMG_5640

I’m honestly so impressed with this palette, if these shadows are as good on the eye as they were in the swatches, then I can see this becoming one of my most used palettes.

The next thing I picked up is a KVD Vegan Beauty Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in the shade Muneca. I have a few of the Everlasting Liquid Lipsticks and they’re some of my favorites. The formulas are great and they have fantastic staying power. This one in particular is a peachy/salmony pink which is a shade I really like and it’s absolutely perfect for summer.

IMG_5632

IMG_5633

The last thing I want to talk about is the Anastasia Beverly Hills Lash Brag Mascara. I had been really wanting to try this out before committing to buy the full size or even the mini, and I was able to get one of the deluxe samples. I was initially excited to try this because I had been hearing good things and with this you do get a good size wand, but honestly, at least for me, it’s just alright. It’s not the worst mascara I’ve ever used but it’s certainly not the best. It just didn’t give me as much volume or length as I was hoping for.

IMG_5630

IMG_5631

That about wraps it up for this post, overall I’m super happy with everything and I can’t wait to use the palette and the lipstick.

Until next time, have fun shopping and you can never have too many eyeshadow palettes, or liquid lipsticks :).

ShoeDazzle Haul

Hi everyone,

Happy Friday! I had a little shop on ShoeDazzle recently and now that everything had been delivered, I thought it would be a fun thing to have a look through. That being said, let’s get into it.

So I ended up ordering two pairs, one of which is a pair of boots. I will say that both these and the boots worried me when I first saw the boxes because they look a bit like they’ve been karate chopped, but both pairs are in perfect condition. The first one I found when I was looking for something fun and summery and they’re the You Got This Heeled Sandal in White. This shoe when I bought it at least, was available in a couple different colors/finishes. I went with white because I don’t actually have a white heeled sandal in my shoe closet and they’ll go with so many different outfits. I did try these on and have a little walk around, they fit great and are pretty comfortable. These have a platform and the heel itself is a bit high, but it’s a chunky heel so they feel quite sturdy.

IMG_5588

I really like that these have the silver zipper down the middle in addition to the silver buckles on the side.

IMG_5589

The second pair I picked up is the Moto Loco Buckled Stiletto Boot in Black. This boot does come in blue and white as well and this is from the ShoeDazzle x Erika Jayne collaboration. These are over the knee boots and I love a good over the knee boot. These have some nice stitched detail on the front and have gold hardware on the outside in the form of a gold zipper and gold buckles. One thing that I really appreciate is the fact that these have a little bit of tread on the bottom, even though I’ve been wearing heels for many years it’s always nice to have an extra bit of stability when you’re walking. Like with the sandals, I put these on and had a little walk around and they appear to be pretty comfortable as well.

IMG_5590

IMG_5591

That about wraps it up for this post, let know which of these is your favorite and if you’ve made a ShoeDazzle purchase recently I’d love to know what you bought.

Until next time, have fun shopping and you have never have too many pairs of shoes :).

What I Got For Christmas 2019

Hi everyone,

Today I thought it would be fun to share with you guys what I got for Christmas. I do want to say that I’m in no way trying to brag, I’m one of those people that enjoy reading and watching this type of post. This year I didn’t have a real list of things I wanted, so I was happily surprised by a few of these gifts.

The first thing we have is what was in my stocking. Besides my favorite candy, there was a Bath and Body Works Warm Vanilla Sugar mist and body lotion. It’s my favorite scent from Bath and Body Works. Along with that there was a little flashlight, I love little practical things like this and you can never have too many flashlights. The last two things that were in my stocking were a mini Too Faced Peach Perfect Mattifying Loose Setting Powder infused with peach and sweet fig milk and the Peach Kiss Lipstick in Sex On The Peach.

WIGC1

I used the setting powder yesterday and today and I really like it. Added bonus, it smells like peaches. The lipstick also smells like peaches and it’s a comfort matte, long wearing and also infused with peach and sweet fig milk. Too Faced lipsticks are always really pigmented and this one is no different. I believe there are 13 shades of the Peach Kiss Lipsticks and I’m definitely going to be purchasing a few more.

WIGC2

WIGC3

Continuing on with the beauty theme, the first thing I unwrapped was the Too Faced Christmas Cookie House Party set. I was honestly so, so shocked to see this because I had mentioned it in a text to my mom like right after it came out then didn’t say anything after. I was considering buying this for myself as a Christmas gift but it was sold out on Sephora and Too Faced when I looked but for whatever reason I didn’t check at my local Sephora and they had a couple left which I’m super happy about. I’m going to be doing a separate post on this, so I’m not going to get into it too much, but I will say that yesterday I wore a couple of the shadows and I’m really happy with them. It was a good makeup day.

WIGC14

WIGC15

The second beauty item I got was the Sephora Collection Frosted Kisses Lip Stories Lipstick Set. This is also going to get it’s own post, but I will say that I’ve swatched all of these, wore one on Christmas Day and I’m wearing one now. I’m really liking them and I recommend them.

WIGC13

Next up we have a fashion item and it’s this light powder pink shoulder bag from H&M. I have a few different handbags and clutches but nothing like this. Like I said this is a light powder pink suede with silver hardware and leathery handles. It has a snap closure, one medium sized pocket on the very front, the main compartment and another pocket inside the main. You can adjust the way you wear it, so if the handles are the same length then it’s a shoulder bag, but if you stretch it out you can wear it like a crossbody. I didn’t realize when I was taking the pictures that it was a little crooked but that’s because of the pull on the door and not that bag.

WIGC9

WIGC10

WIGC11

Moving on we have a couple of practical things. The first is a 2020 Erin Condren Planner. I got my first Erin Condren Planner last Christmas and it was an absolute game changer, so I knew I had to have one for the new year. This will be getting it’s own post, but I did go for a different pattern, different colors and I put my first and middle name on it.

The second practical gift I got was a calendar. I have a couple of calendars that I use for different things and sometimes they’re different sizes but this one is my main calendar. There are two or three themes I typically go for when it comes to calendars, this one is jet themed. And has some great pictures.

And the last thing we have is music related, and it’s the Doobie Brothers Live From The Beacon Theatre Blu-Ray and CD Set. I talked about this when it came out, I have it on my phone and they showed a little bit of it on PBS. I like to have a physical copy of music, hence the CD Set and if I can help it I buy all discs in Blu-Ray. So I’m excited to have a music night and watch the full concert.

That about wraps it up for this post, I did also receive some socks, because it’s not Christmas if you don’t get socks, and a mug but it’s currently in the dishwasher because I used it this morning.

Until next time, enjoy your gifts and I hope you all had an amazing Christmas :).
