e.l.f. Haute Chocolate Eyes Sugar Palette Review

Hi everyone,

I did a bit of shopping during some of the end of year sales and today I thought it would be fun to talk about one of the products I purchased. This is the e.l.f. Haute Chocolate Eyes Sugar Palette, they did two of these palettes, one sugar and one spice. I do like both palettes but I picked up this one because out of the two this one is cool toned and I’ve been wanting another palette in that range.

So with this palette you get 15 shadows and they’re a mix of matte, shimmer and satin finishes.

On the top row, starting in the left hand corner, there is a very pretty light pinky shimmer which I’m wearing today and it looks so nice on. Next to that is an almost dirty gold shimmer, then a bright white, a nicely toned gold shimmer and a nudey peach matte that I used as a base shadow today.

The second row starts with a deep red, that I’m wearing today and I can say that it’s  really smooth and blended really nicely. Next to that is what I would call a milk chocolate brown. In the middle is a gorgeous silver shimmer, then a lighter tannish brown and a nice brown shimmer.

The last row starts with a really pretty deep emerald green and next to that is a shimmer version of that green. They’re so pretty. In the middle is a light gray, next to that is a deeper chocolate brown and lastly a black shadow that is the perfect shade for a smokey eye.

That about wraps it up for this post, if you guys have this palette I’d love to know what your favorite shadows are and what your favorite look is that you’ve done with it.

Until next time, have fun creating different looks and you can never have too many eyeshadow palettes :).
