This weekend the NHRA is in Las Vegas, Nevada for the fourth race of the year, the Denso Spark Plugs NHRA Nationals and the Pro Stock specialty race the K&N Horesepower Challenge.
And the ladder for that looked like this; #1 Jason Line vs the fan vote winnner #8 Erica Enders, #2 Greg Anderson vs #7 Allen Johnson, #3 Bo Butner vs #6 Drew Skillman and #4 Shane Gray vs #5 Vincent Nobile. The semifinals were Erica Enders (6.72) vs Shane Gray (6.95) and Greg Anderson (6.67) vs Bo Butner (6.67). The finals were Shane Gray (6.71) and the Gray Motorsports team and Greg Anderson (6.66) and the Summit Racing Equipment team. With the winner being Greg Anderson (6.68). For winning Greg gets $50,000. This is Greg’s sixth K&N Horsepower Challenge win, 2004, 2006, 2010, 2011, and 2016. If Greg is able to win tomorrow he gets $100,000 for double up.
Until next time, I can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings and who will hoist the Wally at the end of the day :).
